The 20 metre long MV Karina is the Island's largest pleasure boat and can carry up to 100 passengers on coastal cruises around the Isle of Man. The Karina operates between 10th April 2017 and 31st October 2017.
They aim to sail on a cruise every day, however they are unable to publish a timetable for the entire season and can only produce a timetable on a weekly basis due to other shipping movements and weather conditions.
It’s one of the best ways to see the spectacular Manx Coastline with its breath taking bays and rocky cliffs. You may get the chance to see the world’s second largest shark, the Basking Shark with the largest on record measured 40 feet in length! The Isle of Man has an abundance of wildlife including seals, porpoises, dolphins, sea birds and whales.
The Karina sails from Douglas Harbour with passengers being asked to meet for boarding in the Sea Terminal Departure Lounge 15 mins prior to leaving. The vessel is fully equipped with open and covered accommodation, snack bar and toilet.
The Captain Stephen Carter will provide full commentary explaining the history of places of interest whilst sailing to your destination.
